After growing up in a small town, I left my roots and traveled first to San Francisco and in August of 2012, trekked two thirds across the country to Chicago, IL. I'm an ex-photo student who now uses photography as a medium of documentation; of food, of cities, and occasionally of my work. I found one of my true pleasures by something everyone else in the world does - eating. I created this blog first, as a form of cataloging and journaling the places I ate at and second, to reveal to others little treasures that exist around the cities I've lived.
